South Combe Waters are using Theos Online Business Management

South Combe Waters is a family owned fishery offering a relaxing and peaceful holiday nestled within the Blackdown Hills in North Devon. The three acre site is a perfect base for fishing, cycling, walking and bird watching.

They were looking for a easy to use, simple application to book and invoice customers for the four Chalets they let throughout most of the year.

We transferred their existing customers to THEOS, and built custom invoices and quote templates. This enabled the system to be ready and up and running within days of purchasing.

Sarah was looking for a website in the colour and theme of their wedding that could hold all their important information for their guests. We worked with her to produce a totally bespoke site and upload information as and when its available.

After the hen/stag do's and the actual day everyones photos will be uploaded for everyone to share and remember the special moments.

A D Heating Ltd are using Theos Online Business Management

AD Heating provides oil and gas servicing, repairs and maintenance. They cover Aberdeenshire for domestic appliances, oil and gas boiler fault finding, landlord safety certificates and plumbing repairs. They wanted to store customer data and allow for quick and easy quoting and invoicing capabilities. 'Theos' gives them this functionality easily.

They've also requested enhancements to THEOS that we are looking to develop in the next release - a quick view schedule print function and the ability to book by half hours. We are working side by side with our customers to provide them with what they need.
