THEOS: Online Business Management

THEOS is a Solutionise built application for Online Business Management. We recognised a need for an online bookings system that was simple to use, able to hold customer data and bookings, send invoices as a pdf by email and manage price lists dynamically.

The system is not built or directed to a single type of business (e.g. that’s why we’ve named bookable entities as ‘schedules’ not ‘bookings’).

This is due to most businesses having the same common need when it comes to dealing with their day to day running:

1. Quote a customer
2. Get the job (booking)
3. Do the work/allow stay at accommodation/book a hall etc..
4. Invoice the customer
5. Receive Payment(s) and allocate against an invoice

This means that THEOS could be used for any bookable 'item' and therefore extremely useful to:

- Holiday lets (Chalets, Pitches, Carvans, B&B, Hotel rooms)

- Plumbers / Builders / Carpenters

- Local Community Centres

- Leisure Center Courts/Meeting Rooms

- Equipment Hire

- Bouncy Castle hire and the list could go on...
