    Invoices are created automatically as soon as the customer books online. The customer can then make further payments which are added straight to the invoice so you can see whats been paid and set due dates for final payments.

    Extras can be added to a customers booking at any time from when the booking is made - Extra costs for dog/s – Wi-Fi – Cot Hire and many more chargeable units can be added to the invoice total cost.

    Zubaloo also allows for small businesses who are not VAT registered to default to a Non VAT cost on an Invoice and Vice versa for Vat Registered customers by one click of a drop down box from system settings.
